Richard J. Marcotte

Rick Marcotte has over 30-years of experience in business leadership across a multitude of functional areas including General Management, Sales & Marketing, Finance, M&A, and Operations.

He was Chairman, President & CEO of DLT Solutions, a $1 billion in annual revenue IT value-added reseller focused on public sector customers until early 2015. While at DLT, he spearheaded an organic growth strategy that generated double digit revenue increases over more than a decade. He was a participating member of the Partner Advisory Council organizations for a variety of IT manufacturers including Oracle Corporation, Symantec Corporation, NetApp, Red Hat and others. His industry involvement also included an advisory role to The Channel Company for their Best of Breed (BoB) partner executive conference, recognition as the Everything Channel IT Industry Executive of the Year (2009) and finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year (2010).

Mr. Marcotte serves as a member of the Boards of Directors of Advocate Solutions, LLC, Library
Associates Holdings, LLC and Dynamic Communities TopCo, LLC.

He also commits his time to community efforts and non-profit organizations including the Boy Scouts of America and the YMCA. He is Chairman of the Board of Alliance Medical Ministry, a primary healthcare services provider for the working uninsured of Wake County in Raleigh, NC.

He is a graduate of the University of Windsor (Canada) with an Honors Bachelor of Commerce and MBA.
