Andy H. Wilson is an accomplished Senior Executive with over 40 years of experience leading Global Fortune 500 companies including Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., The Soderquist Center for Leadership and Ethics, Non- Profits, and Executive leadership through their company’s strategic vision, Human Resource management, talent retention / succession planning, operations management, executive development, cross functional team building & board development / governance.

Additionally as an advisor to C-Suite Executives, Private Equity and Boards, Andy is a Lecturer who continues to engage an audience for organizations, universities, and foundations through his unique “story telling” approach to lead the next gen forward. 

Andy has studied at The University of Alabama, The College of William & Mary, The University of Michigan, John Brown University, The Walton School of Business, and Wal-Mart University.

As an avid road cyclist, Andy is often seen with his Fayetteville Wheelman Team touring the country and the back paths of his home state Arkansas, on his mountain bike.
